i've made ma own observation by making comparison by looking back at ma older picture and the latest one.. ma goodness.. sudah terang lg bersuluh.. x dapat di nafikan lg...i dont know why.. i'm someone who is easy to gain weight but really hard for loosing it.. what should i do.. diet??? sports??? or just keep on being myself just like me when i'm at home... makan..tdo..tgk tv..cuci kete..jalan2.. huhuhu..
abah said.."biar je long, nnt masuk u nnt kurus la pas start sukan blk" BETUL KE CMTU??? patut ke ikot cakap abah???? or ikot cakap umi??? umi said..."diet la!! pe lg??? ade la umi geng nak diet.." trok tol... aku rase tol gak la cakap umi.. start from today.. i'll start... pagi.. x makan.. makan buah je la kot.. mane leh tahan.. tghari pon nak try makan buah je.. malam je nak makan nasi... but there's no use kalau malam tu makan bertimbun.. hahahaha.. cukup cover sehari tu.. xpe.. tu target aku.. at least turun berat.. huhuhu..
